The following additional terms apply when purchasing Wylde Audio® products through our online store at wylde-audio.com:

Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed are in U.S. dollars. We make efforts to display accurate pricing and stock information, but pricing and inventory errors may occur.

In the event a product’s price or availability is inaccurate, Wylde Audio® reserves the right to cancel any orders for that item that have not yet shipped. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase we will issue a refund for any cancelled orders.

Shipping Policy

Products typically ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Standard shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days for delivery within the continental U.S. Expedited and next day shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping times only represent an estimate, delays may occur during periods of high order volume. Wylde Audio® is not liable for any shipping delays and does not issue refunds based solely on shipping delays.

Returns and Exchanges

Most products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and accessories. Custom, engraved or special order items are non-refundable.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payment is required at time of purchase. Sales tax will be added for purchases made in states that require it.

Privacy

All orders are processed using industry-standard encryption for your security. Only the necessary information required to deliver your orders will be shared with shipping partners.

Warranty Policy

Wylde Audio® proudly stands behind the quality of our gear. We provide the following limited warranties on products purchased through authorized Wylde Audio® dealers and directly from Wylde Audio® online.

Guitar Warranty

Guitars, basses and acoustic instruments carry a 1 year limited warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship appearing under normal use and service, excluding string breakage or rusty strings. Warranty only valid for original purchaser with dated sales receipt.

Amplifier Warranty

Amplifiers, effects pedals, cables and other electronics are covered by a 1 year limited warranty protecting against defects in materials and craftsmanship during regular use. Proof of purchase required.

General Warranty Guidelines

• The warranty period begins on original date of purchase
• Warranty only valid for original purchaser with dated sales receipt
• Warranty covers defects arising under normal use and service
• Cosmetic damage incurred during ownership is not covered
• Warranty void if serial number is altered, defaced or removed
• Wylde Audio® will cover return shipping costs on warrantied repairs within U.S.

Warranty Exclusions

The following damage and conditions are not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance
• Accidental damage, abuse or neglect
• Damage from attempted self-repairs
• Instruments with removed or altered serial numbers

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, contact Wylde Audio® customer support with copy of original sales receipt. We will assess the damage and make a determination on warranty coverage.

If covered under warranty, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the product to our authorized repair center. Return shipping within the continental U.S. is covered for warrantied repairs. We aim to complete warranty service within 30 days of receiving the product.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which vary by state and country.
